Product Integrity
Care & handling.
Our hardware combines genuine vintage aesthetics with modern acoustic recording technology.
Keep Dry & Covered
For outdoor ceremonies and garden receptions, ensure the phone is placed under a marquee or covered area protected from direct rain, heavy mist, or drink spills.
Avoid Direct Sun Exposure
Avoid leaving the unit under intense direct midday sunlight for extended periods to maintain optimal internal battery life and surface finish.
Use Protective Case in Transit
Always transport the phone inside our padded custom hard case when moving between venues, prep rooms, and return drop-off points.
Sanitization & Cleaning
Every unit is professionally sanitized and acoustic-tested between rentals. If needed during your event, wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth.
