How does the delivery and return process work?

We deliver your audio guestbook right to your doorstep 2-3 days before your event date in our signature custom shockproof case. After your event, pack it back into the case, attach the prepaid return label included in the box, and drop it off at any local post office or courier drop point.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reserving your date as soon as you have confirmed your event, especially for peak wedding seasons (September through April). Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes! We ship Australia-wide to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, and regional destinations with tracking and insurance included.

Does the audio guestbook require power outlets or WiFi at the venue?

No outlets or WiFi required! All our audio guestbooks come with built-in high-capacity rechargeable battery packs that last over 24 hours of continuous message recording. You can place the phone anywhere—garden tables, retro plinths, cocktail lounges, or bars.

How do guests know how to use it?

It’s as simple as picking up the receiver! When guests lift the handset, they hear your personalized recorded greeting asking them to leave a message after the tone. When they hang up, their audio message is automatically saved.

Can we record our own custom greeting message?

Absolutely. You can record a greeting message directly through the phone beforehand or upload a voice memo through your booking link, and we will pre-load it for you before dispatch.

How and when do we receive our audio recordings?

Within 3-5 business days after we receive the phone back at our studio, our sound engineers master and clean the recordings (reducing background noise) and deliver a private, shareable digital audio & video gallery directly to your inbox.

Is there a limit on how many messages guests can leave?

Unlimited! All packages feature unlimited audio recording capacity. Your guests can leave as many messages, laughs, songs, and heartfelt stories as they desire throughout the night.
