The standard for bespoke audio guest book rentals.
The agreement
By booking an EleganceStudio rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests while protecting our curated collection of bespoke hardware.
01 / Rental duration
the standard rental period is 4 days. we deliver your guest book 2 days before your event and require return shipping to be initiated on the first business day following your celebration. extended rentals are available upon bespoke request.
02 / care & responsibility
while our phones are designed for celebrations, we expect them to be treated with care. the client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear or loss of the equipment during the rental period. we recommend keeping the phone in a safe, dry location throughout the event.
03 / returns & mastering
we provide a pre-paid return label with every booking. timely return is essential for our studio mastering schedule. once received, we will master your recordings and deliver your private digital gallery within the agreed timeframe.
