The standard for bespoke audio & video guest book rentals across Australia.

The Agreement

By booking an Elegance Studio rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests while protecting our curated collection of bespoke hardware.

01 / Rental Duration & Transit

The standard rental period is 5–7 days. We deliver your guest book 2–3 days before your event and require return shipping to be initiated on the next business day following your celebration using the prepaid return satchel.

02 / Care & Handling

While our phones are designed for celebrations, we ask that they be treated with respect. The client is responsible for keeping the phone in a safe, dry location throughout the event.

03 / Delivery of Master Audio

Digital gallery files are delivered within 3–5 business days following receipt of the return package at our Melbourne studio.
