We collect the audio and video recordings left by your guests, your contact information for delivery coordination, and event details to provide our bespoke rental service. We never sell or share your personal audio files with third parties.

02 / Voice Mastering & Storage

Your recordings are processed through our private audio mastering suite to enhance vocal clarity and reduce background rumble. These files are stored in a secure, encrypted private digital gallery accessible only via your unique credentials.

03 / Data Retention & Deletion

We maintain secure gallery backups for 12 months following your event. You may request permanent deletion of your raw audio and video files at any time by contacting our privacy officer.
