01 / Data collection
we collect the audio recordings left by your guests, your contact information for delivery coordination, and event details to provide our bespoke rental service. we do not share your audio files with third parties for marketing purposes.
02 / voice mastering & storage
your recordings are processed through our private mastering suite to enhance clarity. these files are stored in a secure, encrypted digital gallery accessible only via your unique private link. we maintain these backups for 12 months after your event unless requested otherwise.
03 / your rights
you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your audio gallery at any time. simply contact our support team, and we will purge all voice data from our secure servers within 48 hours.
